SuppliersAll our fish comes from D Watt & Son on the Railway pier in Oban, established in 1903, ran by Carol and Allan Watt. All the fish is landed in the late evening or early morning and we order daily so that our customers experience the finest and freshest fish in Oban.
Our langoustines are caught in the Sound of Mull. Scallops are hand-picked from a secret location on the sea bed in the waters off the Isle of Kerrera by our friendly specialist diver, Graeme.
Our Smoked Salmon is from Murray Smoked Products in Ford, Mid Argyll.
The Potatoes which are mostly Maris Piper or Markies from England arrive daily from J&M Breckenridge.
All our condiments, pickles, chip shop sauces are created by our good friend Walter Black, whose company has been trading for over 100 years in Glasgow.
Desserts, soups, tartar sauce pates are all homemade by our chefs so that you have the more delicious end to your’ meal.
We use as much local produce of quality as we can, but always place quality over price when it comes to our suppliers.
